Don’t forget - the UHC Dual Complete NY-S002 plans (H3387-014-001 and H3387-014-002) are the two UnitedHealthcare Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) in New York that are eligible for the new Integrated Care Special Election Period (SEP). This monthly SEP is for applications with an effective date starting Feb. 1, 2025.
As a reminder, these plans are for full dual eligible consumers (FBDE or QMB+). Only full dual consumers enrolled in UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of New York (UnitedHealthcare Medicaid plan) are eligible to enroll using the monthly Integrated Care SEP.
