As Wellcare continues to integrate their systems and processes, some systems previously utilized by brokers to obtain Medicare Advantage member enrollment and compensation data have been retired, specifically the legacy Centene Broker Portal. This action was necessary to create a combined and streamlined broker experience moving forward.
The Wellcare Broker Portal (i.e. Agent Connect) will provide you with access to many resources, including your book of business, commission statements, application tracking, and many more.
They realize you may still need to access historical information for enrollments effective 2020 and prior and would like to provide you with information on how to access this information.
