Sales Material Correction - 2022 New Jersey Wellcare Dual Liberty Enrollment Guide - OTC Benefit Quarterly Limit Amount
Wellcare has identified an issue with the printed version of the 2022 New Jersey Wellcare Dual Liberty Summary of Benefits documents contained within the 2022 Enrollment Guide. The Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefits reflect a misprint in the quarterly limit amount.
Wellcare is working on making updated print versions available for order. In the interim, please use the updated Summary of Benefits document below to supplement the current Summary of Benefits/Enrollment Guide.
