

As you may know, recently the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas granted a stay order (the “Stay”) in regards to some of the agent and broker compensation changes included in the most recent CMS final rule (“Final Rule”).
The Court’s preliminary ruling pauses the implementation of certain components of the Final Rule while the Court considers the full merits of the case. Respecting the Court’s decision, Devoted will be re-issuing updates to their policy related to Health Risk Assessments (HRAs), Star Sellers Program (SSP), AHIP training discounts and the Kaplan CE subscription. Here is the updated information.
Pursuant to the Final Rule, Devoted Health had previously stated that this program would end for PY2025. During the Stay, they will continue to offer the HRA incentive on all applications. Here is a helpful FAQ on their HRA policy.
Pursuant to the Final Rule, Devoted Health previously stated that this program would end on September 30. During the Stay, they will continue their SSP program. PY24 SSP program details and FAQ.
Pursuant to the Final Rule, devoted Health previously stated that this program would end on September 19. During the Stay, they will continue to offer a $50 discount on AHIP training which you can access in the PY25 agent certification or the marketing storefront.
