

HealthSpring has developed a new process to help you track the status of your Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) applications!
How they are making it easier for you:
Starting with the second month of a member's enrollment, HealthSpring will send you status updates on your C-SNP applications. Twice a month on the 10th and 20th, you'll receive an email from the Agent Resource Center (ARC) at ARCMAPD@HealthSpring.com with the status of your current C-SNP applications. The status will be indicated as follows:
Please contact any client with a "Pending" status to remind them that HealthSpring has not received the verification form from their provider. Have the client contact their provider and encourage them to sign and return the C-SNP Verification Form they were sent. If they do not have it, you can provide them with a copy of the blank form.
You can also help by verifying the provider's name and fax number are correct. If these are not correct, send an email to the email box at CSNPVerification@HealthSpring.com with the updated information.
