New month, new updates from UPMC!

The Annual Election Period is right around the corner! You can now begin to market UPMC's exciting new 2023 plans and enhanced extra benefits! Here’s some friendly reminders while you start the countdown to AEP.
 
Converge site―The 2023 materials are back and live for reorders when your current inventory starts to get low. Please keep in mind that it will take approximately 1-2 week for your orders to arrive. You can also customize new personalized marketing pieces for print or digital download !For tips and tricks on how to use the Converge site, click here.
 
Broker training site―Your one-stop shop for information and resources now includes the 2023 plan grids, plan comparison guides, drug fliers, enrollment applications, and more. To view the new material, click here. And keep checking in! More 2023 updates are coming soon to the Broker Training site.
 
Broker Resource Center―The knowledgeable team dedicated to supporting you when you’re in the field and need information quickly now has extended hours! You can call them toll-free at 1-855-289-3197(TTY: 711):

• Oct. 1 – March 31 seven days a week 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• April 1 – Sept. 30 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
