Because of a recent CMS requirement change, a section has been added to 2023 applications with optional questions regarding an applicant’s self-identified race/ethnicity. These questions are completely optional and also contain a “choose not to answer ” option that the applicant can select at their discretion. So what does this mean for you?
There is no need to discard the enrollment kits you already have. You can simply use the new standalone application during your 1 on 1, instead of utilizing the one in the old kit.
Moving forward any new enrollment kit orders will ship with the updated application including the race/ethnicity or "choose not to answer" section.

Doing so will mitigate the need for extra work, so please order/download the updated applications from Marcom by following the steps outlined above, and utilize them with any existing kits you have remaining.
