Good news! UHC is making an enhancement to the CLICO eMarket quoting and apply tool that will help improve functionality and make navigating the Signature process easier.
On May 19, the application and other documents will now be available as a PDF link instead of an i-frame scroll on the page above the attestation of acknowledgments. This means, no more (of what seems like) infinite scrolling through multiple documents to get to the attestation portion of the Signature process.
The hope is that this new enhancement will be a timesaver when moving through the application process with your customer.
In order to prevent delays, please be sure applicants put their middle initial or name in the correct "Middle" field of the application and not include it as part of the first name. View the instructions on where to note an applicant’s middle name or initial below.
