The Cigna Agent Resource Line (CARL) is extending its service hours for August. The new hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT (5 a.m. to 5p.m. PT), Monday through Friday. These extended hours will be especially helpful to the West Coast brokers. During this pilot, Cigna will review call volume data to determine whether to continue these extended hours in September.
CARL is staffed by employees who provide valuable support to active internal and contracted agents, from ordering ID cards and welcome kits to providing Salesforce password resets. Just call 866.442.7516.
When calling, remember CARL’s new prompts are:
· Press 1 if you are calling from AZ and need assistance
· Press 2 if you are calling from another market and need assistance
· Press 8 if you'd like assistance in Spanish
