As you know, the CMS 2024 Final Rule is requiring that TPMOs and independent agents submit their marketing materials in HPMS for review and approval. If your agency needs marketing consultant access in HPMS to submit on Molina's behalf as a multi-plan submitter, please let them know.
Molina Healthcare takes seriously its obligation to follow CMS guidelines and provide such oversight. They have created a pre-review process for submission of the Medicare marketing materials you will be submitting through the HPMS multi-plan process that includes Molina plans. The required Molina process may be found here on the Molina Agent Center. The review criteria must be met prior to their submission of the marketing material into HPMS. Please familiarize yourselves with these important compliance documents.
Once you submit to HPMS, Molina Healthcare will need to go into HPMS and opt in or opt out of your materials. Please ensure you check that status prior to usage and contact Molina with any questions.
