If you missed the live sessions for the "Mandatory Training: Enrollment Signature Requirements for Medicare Advantage" held from April 30 to May 2, you will now receive an email directing you to complete this required training.
Please watch for an email from "Sales Support." The subject line of this email will be: "Required Action - Enrollment Request Guideline Video Tutorial and Resource."
This email will include a link to the training material, including a video. You must watch the entire video and sign the attestation form to receive credit for the session. The attestation form is located below the training video.
You are required to complete this training and submit your individual attestation form by Thursday June 12, 2025. Failure to complete the training on time may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of your appointment. To maintain your active status, please ensure this requirement is completed promptly. This requirement applies to all certified RTS 2025 Molina Medicare agents.
As previously stated, Molina wants to ensure agents understand the application signature requirements. It is critical that the agent submission process is compliant.
If you have any questions regarding the training content, please contact your local Broker Channel Manager or Molina's Broker Services Unit at (866) 440-9788.
Thank you for your continued commitment to do what’s right for the members and stay compliant in all enrollment practices.
