Important HRA Submission Updates
Impacted Services/Applications: Agent HRA submission process
Schedule/Impacts: After Sunday, December 31, 2023, the Icario platform will no longer be available for Electronic Health Risk Assessment submissions. Note: New 2024 Icario Electronic Health Risk Assessment surveys are currently scheduled for use later in Q1 2024.
Action Required: Effective January 1, 2024, all HRA surveys will need to be submitted following the current HRA process as outlined in the Market Specific HRA Guide.
