2024 D-SNP HRAs are Now Available

There are two new HRA documents ready for your use on the Molina Agent Center

New 2024 D-SNP Multi-state &TX HRA Form

• HRAs will be paid at the usual $100 per application rate.
• January 1, 2024 enrollments need to have HRAs submitted by December 31, 2023 to be eligible for payment.
• Important: Agents should use this paper form until the Icario platform is available, currently scheduled for Q1 2024.
