Molina: California D-SNP EHRA Now Available in Icario
California D-SNP Electronic Health Risk Assessment Submission Process/Icario
Effective Wednesday, January 10, 2024, Icario will be the primary source for completing Electronic Health Risk Assessments for all California DSNP members. A separate communication will be sent when the other 2024 EHRA surveys are available in the Icario platform, currently scheduled for Q1 2024.
