• You can now display your professional photo on Molina marketing collateral
• To ensure placement, you must upload your professional photo to the Molina Marketing Store no later than July 19

The process is simple.

Obtain a professional digital photograph from a local studio; most studios offer an inexpensive professional photo option.

Log in to the Molina Marketing Store.

Click on the My Profile tab in the top left corner of the home page.

Upload your profile image. You will receive a "pending approval" notice, as the image must be approved by the Marketing team. Once approved (48 hours), you will receive an email notification that it is ready for use.

Once your photo is approved, you can order your marketing materials and add your photo, job title, PURL, QR code, quantity, etc., as desired!

Photo Requirements

Background: Light, neutral colors work best but avoid stark white.

Size: Ensure there's a good amount of space around the subject's head so we have the option to crop horizontally and vertically.

Pose: Ensure the primary focus is the face. Hands or other objects draw attention away from the face.

Resolution: 300 dpi
