Member Meetings Are Underway

November 17, 2021

UPMC knows that most of your days during AEP are filled with client meetings and following up on leads. However, this is also the time of year that current members, many of which you have helped in the past, are considering all their options as well. Engaging with current members is very important. That’s why UPMC is holding special events that their members can join in person, by phone, or online.

As a reminder, member meetings are now called Staying in Touch Member Events. These meetings are a great way for members to learn about their 2022 plan benefits along with all the additional programs that our plans offer. To view the meeting schedule and recordings, click here.

Members can also visit with our knowledgeable Health Care Concierge at a local retail kiosk to review their plan details and get answers to Medicare questions. Your Personal Plan Review events can be scheduled anytime at any of the UPMC Health Plan Connect Centers. For more details, click here.

Your current UPMC for Life clients can easily switch to a different plan by:

  • Calling our Health Care Concierge team at 1-877-539-3080 (TTY: 711), seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The member’s request to change plans can be taken right over the phone. This call takes as little as 10 minutes!
  • Completing the Plan Change form, now available in Cavulus. To learn how to send your client the Plan Change form, click here.
  • Visiting a UPMC Health Plan Connect Center. Here is a list of locations. Members can complete an enrollment application for their new plan at the center.
