Scott has spent the past few years working in Virginia as a licensed sales agent and trainer for United Healthcare. He previously worked as an area sales manager for AT&T in Virginia and managed multiple retail locations in Roanoke. Scott was born and raised in southwest Virginia and served 8 years IN Virginia's Army National Guard at home and abroad.
As part of his busy schedule, Scott volunteers at a local food bank and with his VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) post. He also also volunteers with Across-the-Way Productions as the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Director for the Floyd Fest Music Festival. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, kayaking and reading.
