Meet Your New Molina Broker Channel Manager in Texas!

‍Molina is proud to introduce: Karen Bailey‍

Karen has more than 15 years experience working with brokers as a mentor, coach, partner and all-around subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage. She's also well-versed in Medicaid, so you'll find Karen to be your go-to person on dual special needs programs.

Karen was born in Buda, TX, and raised in San Antonio. She's spent most of her broker manager career in the Houston market area, while successfully maintaining an overall view of markets across the entire state.

As part of her busy schedule, Karen is passionate about and active in several charitable organizations, including the March of Dimes, the American Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer’s Association. Karen enjoys taking road trips with her sons, reading, and traveling.

In her role as a Broker Channel Manager, Karen will work with communities, members and brokers across Texas.
