Starting Aug. 20, 2021, Medico will be rolling out new email notifications to you whenever your clients have a policy in danger of lapsing. This applies to all Medico products – Medicare Supplement, Dental, Hospital Indemnity, and First Diagnosis Cancer. You’ll receive emails five days into the client’s grace period, so you have an opportunity to contact them and discuss renewing their contract(s).
