• Special authorization reduction: As part of this integration, they will now be collecting an e-signature upfront. This should drastically decrease the need for customers to sign special authorizations, making the process faster and improving customer experience.
• Vendor diversification: Increasing the number of APS vendors that are utilized helps to reduce any risk associated with vendor delays or service issues and ensures minimal operational impacts to your business.
