Starting November 1, 2024, William Penn and non-Horizon Banner Life will be transitioning to all paperless policies. This means that they will no longer default to mailing paper policies; instead, BGAs and Advisors can access policies online through the eDelivery platform or Partner Dashboard. Clients will still be able to access documents through the client portal.
