Provider Network Expansion - More dental providers for your Medicare clients!

A network arrangement between our existing commercial participating network of dentists and LIBERTY Dental provides an expanded  network for Medicare Advantage dental products effective January 1, 2023. Note: Network expansion will not include NJ and NV.

Updated  Provider Finder – Important improvements!

• Visit FindADentist to see the changes and find a LIBERTY Dental network provider. Most online provider directories are updated NOW!
• NEW 'Program' drop-down menu provides a simpler user experience.
• Clarified information about the Guardian network.

The new Broker Hotline is a great resource for questions  about LIBERTY Dental or Guardian networks, high-level benefits questions, and  self-service options!

• Broker Training – LIBERTY Dental developed a training to help you understand the dental plans. Click HERE for Training.
• Benefit reminder – Regardless of whether a member is enrolled in an HMO medical plan, their dental benefits are always PPO/EPO, not DHMO.
• Nominate a Dentist – Just click ‘Nominate a Dentist’ at the top of the provider finder tool.
• Dental Provider Search Tips: LIBERTY Dental has an agreement with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian). When searching for dental providers for members on these plans you should still use only the       LIBERTY provider finder tool. The results will show all leased providers in addition to the LIBERTY contracted providers.
