The safety and security of member information is UHC's number one priority. To that end, they are excited to inform you that they recently launched the Jarvis Notification Center! Jarvis is the most frequent interaction point for agents with UnitedHealthcare. This improvement makes information more accessible for agents, upholds security, modernizes the notification process and adds to the value of Jarvis as a one-stop-shop for everything agents need.
Previously, member and plan updates were sent from UnitedHealthcare via an antiquated email process.
Now, some member and plan updates will be sent as a secure notification in Jarvis. You can view your notifications in the new Jarvis Notification Center by clicking the bell icon in the upper right corner of Jarvis. UHC encourages you to check the Jarvis Notification Center weekly. Please note, you will continue to receive secure emails with a reminder to visit the Jarvis Notification Center for a period.

Previously, the Jarvis bell icon showed you sales operations updates. You will continue to receive those updates in the same fashion and now shown in the Jarvis Notification Center.
