Introducing a new series of videos to support Medicare members as they join Molina plans! The goal of these videos is to make the process of onboarding as a Molina Medicare Member that much easier! Figuring out Medicare can feel like a jigsaw puzzle and so the theme for these videos is "building a puzzle".
These videos will be branded for Molina Healthcare and Passport by Molina Healthcare (Kentucky) and will be offered in both English and Spanish(coming soon). There will be four total videos for both Molina Medicare Choice Care (HMO) and Molina Medicare Complete Care (HMO-SNP) plan types. Three videos will be identical for both plan types, and the fourth video will be focused on a specific plan type(HMO/HMO-SNP).
Videos 1-3 are live now and #4 Videos for Molina Choice Care and Molina Complete Care will be available in December.
