Increased customer incentives for 2025

Did you know that your Cigna Healthcare^SM Medicare Advantage (MA) customers have access to increased incentive rewards for 2025?

Your PPO, HMO, and D-SNP customers will be able to earn up to $200 when they complete a variety of preventive screenings or healthy reward activities. Once earned, the reward dollars will be loaded onto their Cigna Healthy Today card. Here's how it works:

• New customers or first-time participants can opt-in to the program at myCigna.com.
• Customers can earn rewards by completing preventive screenings and healthy activities in any order.
• Earned reward dollars are loaded onto a customer's Cigna Healthy Today card and can be used to purchase health and wellness items.
• Customers can review eligible activities, track their progress, and view reward earnings by logging in to myCigna.com.
