URGENT: Incorrect Formulary Information for 2023 New York Plans on Producer Portal 

Highmark has learned incorrect formulary information was loaded to the Highmark Producer Portal for 2023 Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York and Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York plans. Using the Portal to review drug information could return inaccurate data. The root cause of this issue has been identified and remediation efforts are underway. However, the earliest New York formulary information will be updated on the Portal is Monday, October 10.
