Important Update Coming to the Highmark Producer Portal May 6

In an effort to enhance online security, Highmark will implement Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for the Medicare/ACA Producer Portal beginning May 6.

This critical update to the Producer Portal will impact ALL USERS when logging in for both Medicare and ACA lines of business, and will be required each time you login. This process will employ unique IDs/passwords that cannot be shared with or used by other users, making the portal even more secure.

Next week Highmark will provide a step-by-step tutorial, as well as contact information should you require assistance when signing in and resetting passwords.

Although this change doesn't take effect until May 6, they wanted to make sure you were aware well in advance. Stay tuned for more details!
