Important notice for AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans in Utah

As of July 17, 2025, UnitedHealthcare will transition to eligibility underwriting in Utah for all new enrollments and current insured members changing plans outside of the Annual Birthday Enrollment, Guaranteed Issue, or Medicare Supplement Open Enrollment Periods. Applications will be required for all current insured members moving from one AARP Medicare Supplement Plan to another AARP Medicare Supplement Plan (with the exception of changing to plans A, K and L)¹, even when changing plans during the Annual Birthday Enrollment Period.

New applications will be required starting July 17, 2025.

The new applications will be included in the Utah Enrollment Kits that will be available beginning July 17, 2025, via the Sales Materials Portal, accessible via Jarvis.

Please do not download or order large amounts of Enrollment Kits now. Any kits ordered prior to July 17, 2025, will be outdated and the applications will not be the correct version.

Important! Please ensure your clients promptly sign applications submitted through JarvisEnroll as they will change as of 7/1//2025²
