

Highmark of Western New York and Highmark of Northeastern New York were recently made aware of a dental billing issue with individual Blue Edge Dental plans. Some New York dental members have received incorrect invoices, indicating they were double billed.
Members who received incorrect invoices for their dental plan will be receiving new invoices. Members may disregard the original erroneous invoices and wait for the corrected invoices, if applicable.
The Highmark team is currently working on this issue and the timeframe for resolution is forthcoming. In the meantime, individual dental billing questions should be directed to our internal team at ACAEBNY@highmarkhealth.org.
