IMPORTANT: 2023 SNP enrollment kit update from UPMC

Recently UPMC was made aware of an incorrect amount in the 2023 UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO SNP) enrollment kits. On page 9 in the SNP Basics  portion, the dental allowance listed is lower than the correct amount.  

• For WPA and CPA, the dental allowance amount is $7,250.
• For NEPA and SEPA, the dental allowance amount is $4,000

If you ordered any 2023 SNP enrollment kits, please keep on the lookout as you will be receiving updated copies of the SNP Basics to  include in your enrollment kits. Make sure to include the corrected SNP Basics  booklet along with the full SNP enrollment kit when distributing to a  Medicare beneficiary.
