Humana's Healthy Foods Debit Card

Need info on Humana's Healthy Foods Card? Look no further!

The Healthy Foods debit card is only on Humana's DSNP plans. The card is mailed separately from the welcome kit. The last shipment of cards was sent out 12/30/21.  

All members will get a new card, even if they were on the same plan as last year.

Members must activate their cards before use. Many calls Humana has received is regarding members cards not working because they had not activated it.  Once activated, the funds are already loaded.

* For the members that had a card in 2021, those cards will work through January 31, 2022 or until the new card is activated. The old card will not work after 2/1/2022 so please be sure to advise them to not discard the new card. Below is the link to identify the participating retail locations using a zip code.
