Humana Topic of the Week: Preparing for Success

There are some training available on MarketPoint University that Humana suggests agents review prior to AEP. Doing these trainings now will put you in the driver’s seat and ready when the need arises. 

Log onto Vantage and in the left hand column click Humana MarketPoint University.  Use the gray search bar for the following trainings:

• Social media Facebook required training –  This training is required if you have a business Facebook page and you want to use Humana pre-approved post materials.
• Member Care Assessment training – This training is required if you want to do member care assessments after a MA application. Benefits the member and you as the agent!
• Digital Marketing Material training – This training is required before you can use the DMM platform to send emails to beneficiaries that have given you permission. Easy access to plan materials, a consumer enrollment tool, and a tracking system of beneficiaries you have sent them to. Helping agents meet clients where they want to be met!
• NOT AVAILABLE yet – but coming in August we there will be a Agent Seminar Authorization Training - PY2023
