It’s important to understand that when you sign a member up for a MAPD or PDP plan their information isn’t automatically shared with Humana Pharmacy. The member must consent to have their information shared. So the next question would be how to complete the consent. At the point of sale you can help connect new members to Humana Pharmacy by collecting a Humana Pharmacy Consent to contact. You can also complete the form on Enrollment Hub after the beneficiary signature section.
