Humana is happy to introduce Humana Extend- new products created to offer a bundle. A new Specialty Products Document is now available for viewing (NY Extend is on page 98 along with links to the benefit summary at the bottom of each column).

More exciting news, on April 9th, 2022 Humana launched HumanaExtend, three new plans that bundle D/V/H benefits. They came into the NY market at the end of June. They are HumanaExtend 1250, HumanaExtend 2500, and HumanaExtend5000. The plans will be available in these states:  AZ, CT, DC, FL, GA,ID, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, OK, PA, TX, UT and WI, with more states to follow in June (DE,IN,NY,OH).

• These plans are designed for individuals looking for one plan with comprehensive dental coverage, with vision and hearing benefits
• These plans have no enrollment fee
• All plans include teeth whitening
• Two of the plans will cover implants!
