Reach Rewards Need to know: The current year of Humana Reach Rewards ends June 30, and agents' points will be reset to 0 and their tier status will reset to Member. While the rewards earned during this program year (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022) don't expire until December 31, 2022, this would still be a great time to reach out to your agents and encourage them to finish strong in earning and reward redemption. They still have plenty of time to complete activities and fuel their progress to the next tier, where they'll unlock more rewards and become more powerful healthcare advocates for their members. Accrued rewards will continue to show in your Marketing Resource Center through 12/31/2022 so be sure to use them.
