Beginning Wednesday, April 26, in order to enhance your experience with Humana agent support services, Humana has updated the 1-800-309-3163 number to become your comprehensive solution for your pre and post enrollment needs.
Depending on your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) selections, you will be connected to either ASU (pre-enrollment) or Member Services (post-enrollment). Please listen carefully as some IVR menu options have been modified.
To better serve you, you will be prompted to enter your Humana Agent ID (SAN) during the IVR process. This may also be verified with an associate for accuracy. Please note that the current Member Services number (877-217-9717) will no longer be available on or after June 1st.
