There are multiple tools on how to assist your members with enrolling with Humana.

Life gets busy and trying to become familiar with all of the tools can be challenging. So below is a quick review.

  1. The original way of submitting applications is paper.  While this option still exists, Humana does encourage you to become familiar with all of the other options.  If completing paper applications, please remember that your handwriting needs to be very clear.  An associate with Humana will need to data enter your application.  Many pends occur because information is not written clearly and mistakes are made.
  2. Digital Marketing Material is the next tool. (training for digital marketing must be completed on MarketPoint University – enter digital in the search bar – click the magnifying glass – click course Digital Marketing – complete the training) Completing this training will allow you to send plan materials via email to complete your formal presentation and then the member does have the option to do a consumer enrollment right off of your email.
  3. AOA – Agent Online Application Process (training for AOA must be completed on MarketPoint University – enter AOA in the search bar – click the magnifying glass – click the course agent online application (AOA) training – complete the training)  This will allow you to share an AOA personalized link that can be shared after you’ve done a formal presentation with a beneficiary and they’ve shared an email expressing permission for you to send them the link
  4. Lastly of course our partners have their own electronic platforms.
