These Humana Medicare Supplement plans offer:

Connecticut statewide monthly premiums are as follows:

• Plan A – $399.14
• Plan F – $258.08
• Plan G – $199.45
• Plan G (HD) – $59.03
• Plan N – $148.97‍

Above monthly rates include a 12% Enhanced Household discount and $2 EFT or Credit card payment discount.

Massachusetts statewide monthly premiums are as follows:

• Core Standard Benefits – $99.62
• Supplement 1 Standard Benefits – $171.15
• Supplement 1A Standard Benefits – $142.57

Above monthly rates include a 12% Enhanced Household discount, 15% Early Enrollment discount (1^st year - 5% decrease in discount each year thereafter) and $2 EFT or Credit Card monthly payment discount.
