Returning Pennie-Certified Agents must complete the annual certification training by November 30, 2024. There will be no deadline extensions.
New Agents should follow this link and follow the outlined steps to create your Pennie and TrainPA accounts and complete the necessary New Agent Certification Training Modules for Plan Year 2025.
Plan Year 2025 Marketplace registration and training for individuals selling in Delaware or West Virginia is also available for new agents and brokers and those returning who didn’t complete Marketplace training for Plan Year 2024. The optional Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) training and SHOP Agreement are also available.
If you are a new agent or broker selling in Delaware or West Virginia who does not already have a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal account, follow these steps to create your CMS Enterprise Portal account and your agent/broker profile on the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS):
