Highmark: New 2025 Medigap Enrollment Kit Updates

What You Need to Know: Effective July 1, updated Medigap Enrollment Kits will be available in-market, featuring new rates in the Outlines of Coverage (OOC). This applies to Central PA (CPA), Western PA (WPA), Northeast PA (NEPA), DE, and WV kits.

What You Need to Do:

• For Your Current Inventory: You may continue using your Medigap Enrollment Kits (CPA, WPA, NEPA, DE, WV) until July 1. However, any remaining inventory must be disposed of after July 1.
• For New Enrollment Kit Orders: Orders may be placed on Marcom to replenish your Medigap Enrollment Kit inventory for the period of July 1 – August 1. Order quantities should be limited to one month’s estimated usage to avoid waste. Any remaining inventory from these orders must be disposed of after August 1.

As a reminder, commissions will no longer be paid for Medigap applications received via fax on August 1, 2025 or later. You may continue submitting paper applications through July 31.
