With AEP wrapping up and the holidays approaching, it can feel like there's no time to stop and enjoy our successes. Hopefully you're able to relax, reflect, and spend time with your loved ones.
You may view your book of business on the Producer Portal. After logging into your Medicare Dashboard, click on Highmark Hub under Quick Links. There you will see a Dashboard that details your New Enrollments, your Medicare Book of Business, and New Application Status. You can search your Medicare Book of Business from the left navigation pane as shown below.
Highmark recommends you check this resource to ensure all of your AEP enrollments are properly reflected.
Member ID cards began mailing last week in batches, by plan. All ID cards are expected to be in the mail by the end of this week.
If you receive questions about ID cards from members, you can tell them they can always access their account online to print an ID card should the need arise prior to receiving their cards in the mail.
Welcome kits will ship in late December and should be in hand by January 6, 2025.
