You may view your book of business on the Producer Portal. After logging into your Medicare Dashboard, click on Highmark Hub under Quick Links. There you will see a Dashboard that details your New Enrollments, your Medicare Book of Business, and New Application Status. You can search your Medicare Book of Business from the left navigation pane as shown below.
Member ID cards have begun mailing this week, in batches by plan. All ID cards are expected to be in the mail by the end of next week.
If you receive questions about ID cards from members, you can tell them they can always access their account online to print an ID card should the need arise prior to receiving their cards in the mail.
Periodically the Highmark will get questions regarding the best way to get answers to certain questions. Is it better to email Prodem or call the Producer Hotline?

This resource provides helpful direction regarding how to contact Prodem, the types of inquiries Prodem services, and suggested methods of contact depending on level of urgency.
