Highmark CLARIFICATION: Summary of Benefits Part D $0 Deductible

A $0 Part D deductible was not displayed in the Summary of Benefits (SOBs) for plans that include Part D benefits with no deductible.

Highmark is providing a notice to clarify those deductibles.

• This has no financial impact to your clients and does not affect how their claims will be paid.
• Relevant SOBs have been updated and are now available at medicare.highmark.com.
• Highmark will include a correction notification with all future enrollment kit orders (click here to view/download).

What you need to do:

• Please include a copy of the correction notification (click here to view/download) when using any remaining enrollment kits you may have on hand.
