Highmark: ACA Window Shopping Now Available on the Producer Portal!

Highmark has launched Off Exchange 2025 ACA Window Shopping!

Just in time to get a solid head start on OEP 2025, Highmark has activated Off Exchange ACA Window Shopping accessible via the Producer Portal. 2025 plans and premiums are now viewable for the new plan year by following the steps outlined below.  

Some additional callouts:

• The Enroll button is grayed out on the plan cards, and Highmark has included a message stating you can begin enrolling in a 2025 Highmark plan starting on November 1st.
• 2024 products are still available via the Special Enrollment Period (SEP) path until December 1.

To access 2025 Off Exchange ACA Window Shopping via the Producer Portal:

1. Login to the Producer Portal
2. From the Individual card, select NEW BUSINESS
3. Select OFF EXCHANGE PLANS
4. Select START ENROLLMENT
5. Enter State & Agency Details and click NEXT
6. Enter Member/Prospect Details and Click Submit
7. Plans available in the area for 2025 will appear
