2026 Medicare Advantage Star Rating Sheets are now available!

Last month Highmark shared the good news of their 2026 Medicare Advantage Star Ratings. Now they are able to share the approved Star Rating sheets.

Highmark continues to be an industry leader in Medicare Advantage quality ratings. Of the top ten largest Medicare Advantage carriers by enrollment, Highmark ranks #2, with 95% of members enrolled in a plan 4 Stars or higher!

For the most current 2026 Medicare Advantage and D-SNP Plan Documents, please visit the Producer Portal.

There, you'll find both region-specific resources and documents applicable across Highmark's service area, including Paper Applications, Scope of Appointment, Evidence of Coverage, and more.

To access the Producer Portal and view/download these resources:

1. Log in to the Producer Portal.
2. Select Medicare Dashboard.
3. Under Producer Resources, select Plan Documents.
4. Select 2026 Agent Resources.

Reminders and Resources

Here are the most recent versions of the 2026 Highmark Medicare Advantage and D-SNP key reminders and resources. Please refer to the weekly emails to ensure you always have the latest information.

• Jefferson Health In Network Effective January 2026 (D-SNP): The Highmark Wholecare network just got bigger in the Philadelphia region. Starting January 2026, Jefferson Health will be in network for Southeast Pennsylvania (SEPA) D-SNP members.
• Plan Termination Special Enrollment Period (SEP): The Plan Termination SEP, running from December 8th through the last day in February, provides an opportunity for members whose plans are terminating on December 31st to enroll in a new plan for the following year. As a reminder, if an impacted member enrolls into a plan during AEP, they still retain their SEP and can switch their enrollment between December 8 - December 31, 2025 for an effective date of January 1, 2026.
• Agent of Record Reminder: Please note that all internal plan changes will continue to maintain the existing Agent of Record (AOR). There will be no automatic change to the AOR when a client makes an internal plan adjustment.
