Great news: Your agency can now earn more in 2024 and beyond…

Solicitor (Licensed Only Agents) agents in your downline can now achieve Authorized to Offer (A2O) Elite status for their production of AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans from UnitedHealthcare® through the A2O AARP Medicare Plans Agent Program.

Does this mean my agency can earn A2Oh! Rewards?

YES! Your agency can now earn A2Oh! Rewards, including extra cash and a trip from UnitedHealthcare, for your downline solicitor agents’ AARP Medicare Supplement Plan production.^1,2

How do solicitor agents achieve Elite status?

Licensed and appointed solicitor agents can earn (or maintain) Elite status by completing the annual UnitedHealthcare certification requirements and meeting one of the following two criteria during the program measurement period that runs from January through December each year:  

• Sell 25 commission-eligible, accepted and paid sales² of AARP Medicare Supplement Plans and/or Medicare Select Plans, OR
• Maintain a book of business of 150 or more active AARP Medicare Supplement and/or Medicare Select Plan members.

When will my downline solicitor agents’ AARP Medicare Supplement Plan production start to count toward them earning Elite status?  

Immediately! Your downline solicitor agents’ 2024 production, including any January through March 2024 sales, will count toward achieving Elite status.² If your downline solicitor agent’s book of business qualifies them for Elite status, now or at any time during the program measurement period, they will be promoted. Please note as of January 1, 2024, the Solicitor Agency Trip Incentive Program for agencies has been discontinued.

How will I know how much my agency has earned?

Keep checking your email. First, a monthly Elite promotion email will be sent to you with the number of solicitor agents in your downline who have earned Elite status the prior month. Additionally, you will receive a monthly email that provides a summary of the cumulative total of AARP Medicare Supplement Plan production for Elite solicitor agents in your downline.² Both emails will come from UnitedHealthcare Medicare Plans at uhc_med_sup_no_reply@uhc-info.com.
