Excellus Star Ratings for 2022

Earlier this month, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced 2022 Medicare Stars Quality Ratings (Stars) for Medicare Advantage plans.

The 2022 Star Ratings are now available to order. Please reach out to Excellusbsd@excellus.com or UniveraBSD@univerahealthcare.com to place an order. Once you receive them, please replace the 2021 Star Rating in your MA and Dental kits with these 2022 Star Ratings.

Below are the HMO and PPO plan pdfs so you can easily print them out. Please ensure existing kits are swapped out and replaced with the new ratings.

After 10/28 you must only use the 2022 Star Ratings.  

• MA and Dental Kit Enrollment Kits orders shipped out starting Thursday, 10/20 will contain the new Star Rating.

• There will be a label on the front of the kits you order to tell you if they have the 2022 Star Rating in them.
