Excellus is pleased to announce an exciting new addition to their Medicare Sales Leadership Team. Andrew Napierala has joined the organization as the Vice President of Medicare and Individual Market Sales. Andy has extensive experience in consumer sales and the financial services industry, including sales and management roles with HSBC, MassMutual, and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Most recently, he led the Consumer Market sales team at Highmark BCBS of Western New York. Andrew resides in Western New York with his wife, Brittany and daughters Nora and Nina. He is active in the community and serves as a board member with several non-profit organizations across upstate New York, including the Amherst Generations Foundation, The Clarkson University Honors Program Advisory Council, and CDS Life Transition’s Wolf Foundation.
With summer fast approaching, many of you are eager to get back out into the community and host events. If you are interested in registering for an event, please contact your Broker Account Executive to ensure you complete the retail training requirement prior to filing with Excellus.
