Current Injectable GLP-1 Mail Order Prescriptions From Express Scripts® Pharmacy Transitioning To EnGuide Pharmacy

Express Scripts® is launching EnGuide Pharmacy, a new home delivery pharmacy that will exclusively dispense injectable GLP-1 medications. It replaces Express Scripts® Pharmacy as the mail order fulfillment source for injectable GLP-1 medications used for any indication, including weight loss (if covered) and diabetes.

Members currently filling an injectable GLP-1 medication through mail order at Express Scripts® Pharmacy will be automatically transitioned to EnGuide Pharmacy, effective 6/15/25. Patients must always submit a refill or renewal request to receive their injectable GLP-1 medications.

Letters were sent to impacted members informing them of the change with Express Scripts® Pharmacy and how to get started with EnGuide Pharmacy on 6/5/25.

Mail order injectable GLP-1 prescriptions received by Express Scripts® Pharmacy after 6/15/25 will be rerouted to EnGuide Pharmacy with a notification sent to the prescriber indicating EnGuide is the new dispensing pharmacy for injectable GLP-1s.

Members that have filled an injectable GLP-1 medication through Express Scripts® Pharmacy, Walgreens and Costco within the last 6 months were sent a separate letter on 6/4/25 informing them about additional services available to them beginning 6/15/25.
