Get ready to jump-start your planning with UnitedHealthcare's 2025 Enrollment Guides for Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage – Part D (MA-PD), Special Needs Plans (D-SNP and C-SNP), and Part D Plans (PDP)! Secure your copies early by placing your order by Sept. 1, and you'll have the guides in your hands around Oct. 1. Orders placed after Sept. 1 may not be delivered until Oct. 10. You will be able to download Enrollment Guide PDFs on Oct. 1.

What’s New This Year?

• Ordering made easy 
  • Like last year, UnitedHealthcare is offering two versions of the guides: one without enrollment forms and one with enrollment forms. Select the "no form option" to save time and space, and utilize the convenient digital enrollment tool, JarvisEnroll.  For 2025, you can easily find the right kit (with form or no form) using the filter “Doc Type” so you can order the right kit for your needs.  Note: Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) will only be available in the no-form option. If you prefer to use paper enrollment forms, you can download them on the sales material portal
  • The entire plan name + ID numbers now show up when ordering, so you can feel confident you are selecting the right plan.  Example: 2025 English (no form): AARP Medicare Advantage Access from UHC AZ-15 (PPO) H2406-129-000 Enrollment Guide. • More flexibility:  Each plan ID will have its own limit, but you have the flexibility to mix and match within that limit to best suit your needs
• Easy access to digital tools. Watch for QR codes throughout the guide. Scan a code using the camera on your phone to quickly access resources, including the drug cost estimator tool, plan's drug list, member site and more.  

Ordering and Availability

When you log in to the Sales Materials Portal located under Quick Access on the Jarvis home page, you will be able to do the following:

• Filter by plan ID/code, 2025 and document type
• You can purchase in multiples of five for the plan level you are ordering up to your limit. If you exceed the limit, a pop-up will alert you when adding items to the cart. The order limits are set at a plan ID level.
• 2025 Enrollment Guides for Featured Plans are available now. All 2025 Enrollment Guides will be available starting Aug. 26. If ordered by Sept. 1 they will arrive around Oct. 1.
• Regional Preferred Provider Organization (RPPOs) and Private Fee for Service (PFFS) will not have Enrollment Guides. You will still be able to get essential CMS required materials like Summary of Benefits.

Order quantities are capped weekly, and for your convenience, your preferred orders are stored. These limits are refreshed every Sunday evening, allowing you to purchase additional kits each week.

As a reminder, the Medicare Advantage 2025 Enrollment Guides cannot be shared with consumers or members until Oct. 1, 2024.
